My EAD is nearing expiry and I am not sure if my renewal EAD will come on time. I am working with a company on my current EAD. What are my options if the new EAD does not come on time (I did not file 90 days in advance, so interim EAD is ruled out). Will I have a "grace time period" to show my new EAD or would my employer cut my pay on the expiry day itself?
