EAD : Name on I-765

Hi,
I have applied for my EAD (I-765, L2- Visa) 45 days ago and it got approved recently.
I forgot to notice one thing that my name on I-765 is not as in my passport.

My name is venkata lakshmi chakka, but on my I-765 it is printed as lakshmi venkata chakka.(Actaully when i was filling the form online i entered venkata in my first name and lakshmi as middle name). I was not questioned about this when i went for biometrics. I am worrying about how it will come on my card.

Would this be a problem? If so , please let me know how to approach for it. Thanks!

What did you enter for family name? EAD form requires name filled out as:
Family Name First Name Middle name
What did you enter in these fields?
EAD card has FAMILY NAME, first name, middle name printed on it.

How is your name on your L2 visa and in your passport?

Name on EAD card : chakka lakshmi venkata

Actual Name : venkata lakshmi chakka ( as per passport)

While entering in the form we entered FAMILY NAME: CHAKKA, Middle NAme: venkata and first name: Lakshmi

Would this be a problem for employment?
 
Name on EAD matches what you wrote on the form. Looks like you made an error on I-765 - your passport shows venkata as your first name, lakshmi as middle name and chakka as last name.

What is on your L2 visa?
 
On L2 visa it is same as passport. I have sent all copies like my passport, Visa and I-94 and no objection about this mismatch.
