Hello Friends,
We applied for 2nd EAD, while our first one was pending for more than year...my case was approved with following message
"On September 2, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."
but my wifes case status still remains the same
"Your I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was received on August 24, 2004. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 60 and 90 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."
but the confusing part is that, my wife's original appliction for EAD which we filled last year says that case has been approved with following message.
"This case has been approved. On September 3, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
"
Anyone experienced the same... can u help me understand whats happening with my wifes case. thanks
