EAD Mess..

Hi All,
My lawyer filed for EAD renewal in APR, which was not approved till AUG so I went to local INS, and got IEAD valid till OCT. My EAD was not approved till SEP so I requested detail status report on which I got letter from INS saying that my EAD is denied, actually it was filled into wrong category. Instead of C(9) it was some other category.. Lawyer has fresh sent papers for EAD. Will be able to go to local INS and request IEAD before 90 days of new EAD app?
Will it create any problem in my I-485 adjustment??

---- ask the lawyer to payback you the fees he charged for EAD renewal in April and BCIS fess that you wasted because of his mistake
 
That is not a problem,
I was not charge for that at first place bcs our compay pays for that..
