I have a serious situation with my EAD. The INS automated system tells me that my EAD has been approved and that it was sent out on Aug 3rd. On Aug 5th I was transferred from Florida to Arizona working for the same company. The EAD was sent out before I had the chance to file for a change of address. I check with my x-roommates back in Florida but they tell me that there is no mail from the INS for me. From talking with my lawyer, he says he's not sure if the INS will be able to issue me another EAD if this one is lost. He even says that I might have to apply for a new Labor Certification(I sure hope not). Has anyone been in the same situation before or know of anyone who has been in one? Please share some thoughts.
