Hi
Myself and my wife are on L1 and L2 visa which expires on Dec 11 2003. We also have our EAD and AP.
I am planning to apply for L1 and L2 extension . My wife got a job and she would be using her EAD . In that case can i still go for an L2 extension for her. Is this a problem?
I am planning not to use my EAD and continue to work on L1
