does any one knows how long it takes nowadays for EAD to proceed? I just applied after 150 days from my asylum application through my lawyer, do immigration office consider any special cases of a regards?
Mine took 4 weeks. I think it all depends on the servicing center. Either way, the USCIS office processing your application has 30 days to approve or deny your request. Good luck!

The initial EAD(C08) can not be issued until the clock reaches 180 days. You are eligible to apply when the clock reaches 150 days but the EAD approval can not be made until the the clock reaches 180 days.
The processing time is 4 weeks. It can take up to 3 months depending on the service center and also depending on how fast they process your IBIS and fingerprint background
