I filed my EAD application (based on pending 485) in December 2004. The ND date is 12/03/2004, however, INS still does not make decision yet. I called the service center about 10 days ago for an inquiry and still no update now. Does anyone have similar experience? For INS web site, they processed Feb. 15 2005 cases, more than 2 months later from mine. Thanks.
