EAD in texas

Hi,

My case is with TSC.

765 ND (employment Authorization) is 03/08/2003
and my wife's also same.

My wife's EAD got approved and mine is still in process(according to online status check)

Does anyone has their EAD with 03/08/2003 ND got approved?

You have plenty of time!!!
Online processing time still shows that they are processing I-765 cases on 11/2002

485 pending

my employer is about to terminate me (if I dont get a project in couple of weeks from now) and my 485 was applied on march 2003.

And he assueres that they wont revoke I-140.

Will there be any problem with my status after termination?

I am expecting my interim EAD in June first week.

My H1 expires in july 2003.

My EAD got approved on May 6th. I applied on March 11

It is better if your employer lay off you only after 180 days. Otherwise also you have options if you hire a good lawyer.

Unlike H1 which mandates you to get a paycheck every month, EAD does not pose that restriction.
Hope you will be able to find another job

As my notice date is 03/08/03, all other EAD's after that date got approved. What should I do now about EAD approval.. shall I call and talk to custoer service at BCIS?
