Haven't been on for a few months as my case does not seem to move. Still pending I-730. Had the fingerprints taken on April 2nd and.... waiting.
Now the question. Can I file I-765 based on pending I-730?

not but it doesn't hurt to ask... It will hurt to read the answers (just trying to cheer up myself)
