EAD I-765 online application question

Hi,
When I entered USA last time, my status was H1B.Right now I am working on EAD. My H1B got expired. And I don't have advanced parolle and I have not applied for one yet. In I-765 aplication, there is a question about "Current Immigration status". Can any one tell me what can I fill there while filling the online application form ?

-------you can write "I-485 pending" or "AOS" or "Pending AOS"

Can any one tell me what can I fill there while filling the online application form ?

you can explain your situation on cover letter writing your name, A#, I-485 filing reciept# DOB,address (if you paper file) and write the item# and can explain. If you efile then you have to send supporting documents by mail + wait for biometric notice or will be calling 1-800 to schedule for biometrics+ have to go for biometrics. You can paper file and officer will have everything before him to approve it and you need not to make the trip for biometrics.

Just write ' Adjustment of Status'

Dude, mine is same as you: I wrote 'Adjustment of Status' but I did paper filing though.
