EAD : How many days after RFE

Guys,

How many days will it take to approve EAD after RFE?

WAC-02-272-5XXXX.
RFE issued on 15-APR-03
RFE received updated on 19-MAY-03. ( as per AVM )

Its 9 months up now.:eek:

FYI. My RFE response for EAD was received on May 28th by INS and i got my application approved on June 5th.

Seems like EADs are getting approved left and right. I am still waiting for a decision ....

But according to JIT, CSC is still processing EADs from 09/09/2002. So how can I/lawyer send a fax ? My ND is 12/10/2002.

Would someone please explain the meaning of this statement taken from CSC guidelines - "Inquiries and status checks should be initiated only after the Processing Time (JIT) Report (published
bimonthly) date has elapsed for more than 30 days beyond the most current processing report. " ?

Wow I didn't notice they had revised that date .. well .. atleast the JIT reflects something true now .. versus what I had been thinking that they have just quit updating it .. 1/2/3 is still not 90 days .. maybe another couple of months.

Hopefully 485's are next.
 
My spouse's EAD was approved 3 days after they received it.
