EAD help needed.

Please let me know where should I post my EAD application for renewal.

1. To the same USCIS address which I have on my I-485 receipt.

OR

2. As I stay in MI, so should I post it to Chicago (per new rule)?

Dhoom,

Mine was Nebraska even though I live in Delaware. When I renewed the EAD I have sent the application to Nebraska address which was on the letter of my first EAD.

Dhoom,

I beleive if a person is in EB catagory and have pending 485, he/she should file to their service center where 485 pending is,

chicago addr is only for family based ppl.

Still confused

I am not still clear about the address to where I should send.
I have two addresses confusing me below.

In I765 Form, it suggests I send to address (1) below because
my EAD renewal is based on C9. In form I765 says
"If your response to question 16 is (c)(9), file your application at the same local INS office or Service Center where you submitted your adjustment of status application" which is address (1).

But in http://uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffices/nebraska/aboutus.htm
it suggests address (2).

I wonder it does not matter address (1)and (2) or I should send to correct address either (1) or (2) which I am confusing.

if u carefully read both p.o boxes it says 87.. 765 and 485.
they are asking you if u are submiting first time EAD along with your I-485 applicaiton then u need to send both together to I-485 addr,

But if u are sending alone.(renewal) then u send
