EAD, H1b, 485 (urgent help require)

Hi,
My EAD valid till may 5 03. I send ead renewal Feb 5 03. my H1b expires 20th Feb 03. Still i am working on H1b with same co who filed my GC. Is it advisable to apply for H1b extension. does H1b extension cause any issue to 485 processing ?

-- You should apply your H1B extension before 20th Feb (it should reach INS before expiry date, H1B extension is always better if I-485 is pending because if due to any reason I-485 is denied you have to leave US immediately, If you have H1 and maintaining it you can remain in US

does H1b extension cause any issue to 485 processing ?
n H1B extension will not cause any problems to I-485, you can have H1 extended and can have EAD also with you, no problems, but if EAD used then you have to use AP for travel

If I-485 pending it is always good to have H1B as safety net
