EAD / H1-B / GC Doubt

Hi,

I am on H1-B and waiting for my EAD .

(1) can i change my employer after getting EAD during H1-B Transfer .In this case will my EAD remain valid and the GC process will continue as usual.
(2) Shall i be required to Apply for new EAD and start my GC process again if i do H1-B Transfer .

(3) Whats if later after i do my H1 Transfer GC gets rejected .Does my new H1 status remain valid .

In general if i want to do H1 Transfer and not use my EAD to change employer what are the pros and cons

Appreciate if someone guides me on this .

Hi Jaxen,
I'm also H1B visa, i got my EAD thorugh My husband GC Process, i don't want to lose H Status till Gc Approval or to completerEntire process. question is shall i work on EAD and another job with H1B visa is there any possible? i don't want to lose my H Status. now i didn't have project with H status but have offer with EAD only, shall i take this offer using EAD and i can get later any other Project with H Status!!
what is tha way??? can u please explain little clear!! will helps lot for me

Is there a time frame i should wait with my current employer after i file my 485 to change to new employer ?
