I filed my petition under EB1 . I have a valid H1 untill june 2005. I plan to leave my job , in June. & going on vacation july& join another job on EAD in August.(currently I am not using my EAD). my question is when I enter back, do I have to show my new job papers to enter? I have AP. Does valid EAD is enough to convince them that I can work?
