If I go to India and get married, do I have to stick with my original h1b sponsorer until wife gets her green card thru follow to join process?

your current status, what valid docs you have. are U planning to enter US with AP, can U get H stamp from home country.....

Current status: very close to GC.
No AP ever filed
I hold valid h1, that has never been stamped on my passport.
Don't know if I can get valid h stamp from India, do they give that out there with no hassle these days?

To understand your question clearly, you are assuming that you wont get H1 stamp at home country consulate? How do you plan to come back into US without the H1 stamp?
I am not sure whether your questions are serious, or if you are just venting off steam...
