EAD from NEWARK

Please someone post the details about getting the EAD from NEWARK after 90 days of RD. Details like
1) What form?
2) Photgraphs required or not?
3) fess?
4) Appointment is required or not?
5) When and what time should we go
etc.

Did you file your 485 from Newark ? If not you can\'t get one from Newark

If you file in vermont center then you can get EAD from newark

is there anyone who can share their expereince to get second EAD after 90 days at Newark. DO you need appointment, what papers, Money, Photoes etc, how much time it takes there etc... Please post the details
