EAD from Local Center - Detriot.

Is it worth a try to get EAD before the lapse of 90 days?

I have applied for first EAD ( with I-140 and I-485) with ND of Nov 10th,2004.
My H1b expires on Oct-8-2004.

I filed at Nebraska.

I wanted to give a try at the INS local office at Detriot in the first week of Oct -- is it worth a try?

Check the Notice date you mentioned in the message. (ND - Nov 10th,2004)

Detroit will not issue I-EAD unless you have completed 90 days from your receipt date of EAD application. No exceptions..

yes it was a typo...
my notice date is Aug 10,2004.

I was wondering as I could save the H1B processing fees -- if I could get to Detriot INS office. My H1B expires Oct 8,2004.
