I have a doubt about the EAD form section 15 which asks for current immigration status.
My current H1/I94 has expired last week - i.e. 1st 3 years and I have filed for a H1 renewal one month back - receipt no. available but decision(approval) not yet made.
Do I specify my status as 'H1B' or 'H1B pending' or '485 applied'.
Has anybody been in same situation?
