EAD, Finger Print Notice only WITHOUT acknowledgement of receipt for Asylum

When you apply for asylum (form I-589), you will get a receipt from USCIS as acknowledgement that you applied for asylum, after that you should receive Finger Print Notice and then received Interview Schedule letter.

I also understand that later, when you are applying for EAD,
you need to submit a copy of the acknowledgment of receipt for Asylum from USCIS as supporting document
together with Form I-765.

but what if someone do NOT received the FIRST Receipt as acknowledgment of Asylum application from USCIS?

Can that person used the copy of Finger Print Notice or copy of the Interview Schedule letter instead for EAD supporting document?

Because on the Finger Print Notice, it also show:
the Case "A" number, the received date and the receipt number as well,
so all the information is there on the Finger Print Notice.

so can we use this Finger Print Notice as supporting document when we apply for EAD?

I don't think so! EAD comes in the mail when you were granted asylum. EAD comes automatically....it comes a week later, right after when USCIS grants you asylum.

Hello,
I am talking about if you were not granted asylum right away
or if you application is pending
or if you are referred to immigration court/judge,
you know just in case...

if that happened you need to apply for EAD (not automatic)
and can only apply 150 days after they receipt your I-589.

but from other member here,
he said that he can apply for EAD without the receipt but using the fingerprint notice as supporting document.
