Currently I am in India, planning to come to US by september end.
While in India can I file for EAD or should I wait till I come to US.
I have applied for EAD new/renewals from 2004 to 2006(or 2007) regularly. But after that I moved on to H1 and stopped EAD renewals.
After this my case was moved from Vermont to Texas service center, this may be due to my change in address.
Can I file my EAD while in India? and with which service center ?
I will typically be residing in NY,NJ,CT area.
