EAD filing doubts!

My PD and Processing date is current.
EAD/AP: expiring Sep, 08

My H1B is valid till July 2009.
Spouse: Used EAD to work and AP to re-enter USA from Canada.

I was thinking of just renewing my spouse's EAD (not mine).
And may be her AP later (if GC is not approved in 6 months) because we do not have plans to leave the country.
Is this a viable option?

Questions on EAD filing for spouse:
Spouse re-enterd US from via Canada. Drove into Buffalo, USA from Toronto< Canada.

Usually port of Entry is given as "airport/city". In this case, is port of Entry: Buffalo (without airport name).

What is "Date(s)" next to "Which USCIS Office?"?
Which date are they talking about?

Yes. And it's a good idea too, if you're paying for it yourself.
You don't need to have an EAD or AP unless you plan to use them.

I was reading around, ppl say to fill receive date from "Notification" of EAD sent by USCIS.

I am confused!! :-(
