Please note that the Form I-765 does not reflect the change in filing fee at this time. However, if your application is filed or postmarked on or after April 30, 2004, the new fee must be included or your application will be rejected.

CAN WE say the maximum waiting time would be the day before you reach the filing of the 4th EAD

or are there lot of peoply who have filed for 4th EAD.

In my case I filed 3rd EAD and within 45 days GC was approved.
