My lawyer is been suspended and I am representing my self for my 485. Now can I go through my lawyer to file an extension for my EAD? Or I have to fill G-28 to use lawyer for an EAD.

Am not sure I understand your question fully.... they both seem to be the same (using a lawyer).

In any case, EAD renewal is a simple and straight forward process.
You can easily do this without a lawyer.

You can renew your EAD by yourself. It is easy but takes time. I just got an approval notice on my 3rd EAD after submission for 4 months.
