EAD Extension/Renewal Time

How much time does EAD Extension/Renewal take at TSC ?
My Current EAD expires 8/23/2002 and I have applied
for extension on 5/23/2002.

half to three months in TSC

It\'s recommendated to renew three months before expiration. In fact you could go to local INS office to get a temp EAD card if you still do not get the card three month after the application.

Nowdays it is hard to say anything about TSC. But i think it would not take longer than three month.

SO I think you would be fine.

I applied on May 31 for extensions

I lawyer informed me the receipts for I131 - Advanced Parole with RD 6/03, but not for the EAD extension. My EAD expires on August 22, 2002. Any ideas if I can make it?

It is very easy to do yourself with EAD ext.

If you have your org copy of I-765, just copy most of the content and send it to INS with 2 photos and $120. That\'s it!
