EAD expiring..Please help

My EAD expires with in a month and I heard that in Cleveland it takes 90 days. If I file it ASAP, and since it is pending can I work even after expiration?
Please suggest some ideas...

No you cannot. You will have to get off the payroll until you get the EAD or hear the approval date in the automated system...
