EAD expiring..Please help

My EAD expires with in a month and I heard that in Cleveland it takes 90 days. If I file it ASAP, and since it is pending can I work even after expiration?
Please suggest some ideas...

NO. You cannot work when an EAD or EAD renewal application is pending. That is why it is suggested that you apply for your EAD renewal at least 3 months before your current EAD expires.
My suggestion is to file your renewal ASAP with NSC.
Currently, It is taking between 30-45 days for EAD renewals filed with NSC.
 
Nachos is correct. A friend's wife had to quit her job as they had forgotten to renew her EAD.

Make sure you attach all supporting documents when you renew your EAD. You wouldn't want INS to generate an RFE and further delay the process!
