EAD expiring... AR11 questions...

Hi...

My EAD is expiring this month... I have filed for renewal (which wont come before the current one expires). Hence I am taking unpaid leave of absence.

To save costs and to look for a new job, I moved in with my family in a different state. I now have to file AR11. AR11 has the following questions... could anyone help me with the answers...

Q.1) I am in the United States as: Visitor OR Student OR Permanent Resident OR Other …………..(Specify).

I am sure that I come under the “Other” category. If I select the “Other” category, what do I specify it as… EAD or Adjustment of Status applicant?

Q.2) The other question is… “If not a permanent resident, my stay in the U.S. expires on: (Date)” : Which date do I specify here…


Q.3) The forms asks for an A Number: Do I put my the A# from my EAD card here…

'AOS Pending' or 'I-485 Pending'

You'll have only one A#, when you applied for 485, the number will be on your 485 receipt, EAD....Put that number here.

----- write the A# from your I-485 reciept on EAD it has extra 0 then the A#
------------- ar888 is correct follow his advice FYI they dont care about other Info they are only intresred in your New address ( to Track criminals)
** if any confustion write a cover letter and explain your situation to any item , write the Item # then explain and Sign the cover letter with your Name, DOB , A# and NEW address, mail the cover letter with AR11
