EAD expiring; applied more than 90 days ago

Hi,

Our EAD will expire on Feb 26th. its already more than 90 days since they received it (Oct 30).
1) Shall I wait a week or two waiting for approval.
2) Go to local INS right away to get Interim EAD.

Could you please let me know how much time it takes for interim EAD.
ALso, please let me know where do you go for Int-EAD in Boston.

Do u know that u cant work without an EAD.
If your 90 days are complete u can go immediately. Most Service Centers (local) take appointments for the next day. So i would suggest you can call and make appton 89th day so u get it on the 90th day.

You can wait till Feb 20 2004. But never estimate anything based
on the data provided in this forum. Because BCIS is so unpredictable that anything could happen. My friend's EAD is
still pending even though his ND is Sep 30 2003. But you see
an approval for ND Oct 16 2003.

What you should do is find out the procedure and time line for issue of interim EAD at Boston- so you can wait as long as you can. Most local offices make you pay again so $ are invloved in addition to effort. Sombody on the forum or the Boston website can tell you that.
