EAD EXPIRED b4 I GET RENEWED EAD IN HAND

HI EVERY BODY,CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT IS THE RULE IF OLD EAD EXPIRE B4 I GET RENEWAL OF EAD IN HAND?

CAN I STILL WORK ON OLD EAD , IF I GOT A RECEIPT OF RENEAL OF EAD ONLY IN HAND.

PLEASE HELP ASAP!! THANKS
 
YOU CANNOT WORK IF YOUR EAD HAS EXPIRED. HOWEVER IF IT IS 90 DAYS SINCE YOU APPLIED FOR RENEWAL WALK INTO A LOCAL INS OFFICE AND REQUEST FOR AN INTERIM EAD AND THIS WILL ENABLE YOU TO WORK. THANKS
 
Just a quick point. Please do not post in all caps, it is considered rude and a shout. People on the board are very prompt in replying to most posts. So there is absolutely no need to post in caps for attention.

Unless you have an inside source in INS who is approving cases if they contact you inside the next 5 mins or so. Or your case has been approved and you are jumping and shouting with joy.

A little bit of consideration goes a long way.

It is this freaky forum not me! :) Posts multiple times for no apparent cause of reason. Sorry about that, have deleted the extra posts. Din't notice it last time around.

Don't you just hate having to log in every time you want to post? Their timeout mechanism for log in's needs to be fixed.
