EAD Expired 2 months HELP !

Gurus HELP!

I have only myself to blame, I guess, but this is the kind of thing I expect the company lawyers to take care of.

While looking through my paperwork by chance I noticed that my EAD has expired, and no renewal has been sent. I-485 been pending for more than 365 days ... I figure I have to stop working, but because it has expired can i get it renewed, can I still be in the US. DOes this affect my case ?

DOes this affect my case ?
----NO, only problem if I-485 is tranfred to local office for Interview then they will ask recent 2-3 pay stubs. I think you may get EAD in 3 months. why are you blaming company lawyer???? It is yopur duty to check your Passport expiry, your EAD expiry your I-94 expiry your AP expiry

Right...EAD renewal shud be your personal responsibility.
Now, act fast. Its better late than never. You'll be ok as far as you have your pending I485 application.
