EAD empolyment options

Hi All,

My spouse and I received our EAD in october'07> I have also received my receipt number for green card. Also I have recently got my I-140 approved. My question is when, after getting the EAD can I change my employer? are there any clauses for me in order to change my employer? and are there any job restrictions? Also does my spouse who was previosly on H4 status and now on EAD status have any restrictions what so ever in starting a job legally? Any informationa dn guidence on this would be appreciated.

you can change job anytime, but if you don't want your GC process messed up, search "AC21" on google and do some readings. YOu can find the answer.

Your wife does not have restriction for jobs.
