EAD e-filed Wrong citizenship Mistake - help needed

Hi,
I filed I-765 for my wife in category of L-spouse.
Just because of over confidence or negliegence I made the following mistake. I e-filed EAD (I-765) and submited. upon printing the final receipt and copy of the submitted form I noticed that Instead of putting my citizenship country I had selected US.
Can anyone please help me as to how do I go about correcting this.
Any help is appreciated.

The question is how he should answer the question "has you ever false claim of US citizen?" He should answer yes or no?

Yes = life time banned to get into the US
No = Did he just claim US citizen with USCIS ?
 
Newbie... you scared me... I never did anything wrong why would they take any action against me.. can there not be any mistake..

And why would a US Citizen require an EAD in first place..

Call the 800 number and fix this error.
You get a chance to fix the error, you did it mistake not intentionally.

This is plain silly. Why would a US citizen apply for EAD :confused:

I know. If you go google this clause "false US citizen", you will see an interested case. It is not intentional but causes great great damage.
