EAD duration

Somebody told me that BCIS is trying to or has already extended EAD validity to two years. Has anybody heard something like this?:confused:
 
Still no rule for 2 year EAD but they may publish the rule in July 2004 (according to good lawyer) and may issue EAD for 2 years after July/august 2004.

** There is also info that all service centers may approve I-140 and I-485 at the same time if submitted concurrently after April 30, 2004
