EAD Doubt

Hi Gurus,

If i work on EAD for the same company who filed 485/140, do i need to file AC21. If No means when really AC21 comes into picture. Please Advise.

You are OK. You only need to file AC21 if you change to a company other than the one who filed for your I-140. You can only change companies after your I-140 has been approved and 180 days have passed since you filed your I-485. The job duties have to be pretty much the same as those listed in the I-140 and LC.

When i switch the employer is that immediately i need to file AC21, or there is a time limit. Please advise.

Most of the people wait till they get RFE from CIS. Unless you get a RFE, there is no need to file AC21. Talk to your lawayer also.
