I have filed I 485 for self and my wife and I would like to continue with my parent company till GC is finished.
I was wondering if i switch from H-1 to EAD, then can i use this EAD to work (extra) somewhere else in the same field on weeknds. Do i need some paperwork from my parent company / USCIS.
Or the only thing for me is to file another part time H-1.
