Same for my wife\'s 2nd EAD : EAC 01 200 5XXXX.
Case not found.
Her RD: , ND: June 13 2001.
Her EAD expires on Aug 15. I wonder if we will get her 2nd EAD in time or not.

I am in a similar situation. Applied for 2nd EAD in June.
My EAD expires on Sep 19. Looking at the current pace of
VSC, it is doubtful if I will get my EAD renewed by Sep.
Do you know if local INS issues an EAD in this type of
cases (where it is not 90 days from RD but current EAD
is expiring) ?

I was in the same situation. My EAD RD 05/01 ND 05/29 always showed case not found. I checked once every week off-peak time. Finally on July 14th I heard the message "This case has been approved". So hold on, you\'ll get there in about 45 days from your ND ...
