My I-485 was applied today in Nebraska. when do you think I should get my EAD card? and how long you think it will take for I-485 approval?

EAD normally arrives about 60 days from the date you filed (i.e. receipt date).

As regards time to approval, a reasonable guestimate would be about 1 year.

My lawyer received my receipt in like ten days after mailing the
apps. The difference in RD and ND on my receipt was five days in my case.

I am preparing to file my I485, you remember they delayed my
labor cert for a while and I140 was not that long.
So, did you file I485? Did you get EAD yet?

yes, My RD 11/27 , ND 12/03 .

I mailed my EAD apps yesterday. My lawyer was charging 1200 bucks for me and my spouse. So I decided to do on my own. So I waited for my
485 receipt and applied yesterday.

Good,your I-140 went through quickly. Everyday counts.

who know FP is good for one year or two years? I did FP last December for other case, need I do FP a
