EAD Card

Hello,

I had received the EAD card today and found out that my name was spelt wrongly.

What is the procedure to get it corrected. I also see that my name is spelt wrongly in I-485 application, but spelled correctly in I-140 application.

Can anyone please advise the next steps.

1 check with your lawyer, ask the copy of I-485 form that they submitted with USCIS and also check the copy of form I-765 for EAD I hope your lawyer spelt wrongly on forms, if that is true, ask him to get it corrected, he can submit a new I-485 with the I-485 receipt and can mention that it should be corrected
2 if it is USCIS mistake you or your lawyer should write to service center and get it corrected

**** Did you check the Form I-485 form and form I-765 before you signed? Was you name, address correctly spelled
