EAD CARD TRACKING

HI All,

I have applied for I-765/ OPT form to get my EAD card. It has been 60 days but I have not received any correspondence, any letter or any receipt number from USCIS Vermont center.

I have talked to customer center and they are useless as they say to wait and just wait. They are asking for receipt number which I do not have.

I have written 4 letters to Vermont but no reply. Is there anything I can do other than filing again?

Any suggestions welcome.

How did u pay...Did u sent personal check. If so, you probably wont receive a receipt. Instead your receipt no. will be printed on the front/back side of your cancelled check. You can get that info from your bank.

not true. Regardless of the payment method a person would still have a receipt of notice.

If you did send a check, see if it was cashed. On the back USCIS usually prints your case number.

if the check hasn't been cashed, it is easy to assume that your application was lost.
