Did you fingerprint in the I-765 CARD?

Hello:
Did you fingerprint in the I-765 card. I filed with through
company lawyer and they just asked me to sign the card.
The www.immihelp.com tells us to fingerprint
the index finger, but from where ?

It will be appreciated if you an throw some light
I mailed I-765 form with I-765 card in Nov 6 (VSC) , no news yet
