EAD...Can Do and Can't Dos

I am starting this new thread to help understand what are the things that one can/can't do while holding an EAD.
First few that I would like to ask are
1. Can one start his/her own company on EAD.
2. Does the company has to be in same line of work that was used to get labor approved?
3. Can we sponsor H1 on this company?

Please feel free to add more questions to this thread to help all EAD applicants
understand the privileges.
