EAD aprroval

Hi, My EAD was approved on Aug 10th 2001. Does any one of you know when can i expect the actual EAD Card???
If it is more than 90 days from the ND and i don\'t receive the EAD card, can i get it from the Local INS office.

Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Call INS...

to verify your address. It should not take this long. Also check AVM to see if the message "After approving...ordered new card" message has changed.

Yes, you can get EAD from local INS if it is >90 days from receipt date! Take your 765 receipt with you as per 765 form instructions.
