Just wanted to share the information. My 3rd EAD was approved on October 3rd. ND 08/15/03.

Just waiting to see what would be the expiry date on the new EAD. My current EAD expires on 12/13/03.

TSC is as usual

Today I have received my EAD card. They have given new card effective from 10/3/2003. My current EAD expires on 12/13/2003. I have lost 2 months. Looks like they want more money from us.

TSC is as usual, no improvements, either after October 1st or before. I am just praying god to approve my 485 so that I don't need to go through this agony every 10 months.

As per 09/30/2003 TSC Processing Time, it is 08/15/2003 (concurrent: 06/08/2003). I guess you can expect your approval soon.

I filed my scond EAD online and still reads
" Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status:

Your I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was received on July 8, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete".

My third EAD was approved on 10/7/03. RD was 8/8/2003. I didn't lose any day from the new EAD.
