WAC 0359xxxx approved today. I'm not thrilled but its something . Anyway hope they get out of this EAD rut and start the 485 soon.

Your EAD will be approved soon for sure. The expired will rise again LOL. I have this strange feeling that you will get an RFE/approval next week. Lets see..

Yes I did attach a copy of the I140.Guess its a must these days if you want to avoid an RFE.

If we get RFE can we still get IEAD?

My Current EAD is valid till 10th July and my renewal WAC is WAC100......I am thinking of going and get Iead before they issue RFE...Will they issue IEAD even if my Current EAD is valid till July 10th? Any suggestions....

If you havent got an RFE already ,then they will give you a IEAD if youv'e crossed 90 days after ND. Make sure you carry a copy of I140 approval while going for the IEAD though.

Is it ND or RD ? Mine is the case where they generated the receipts late (Feb) ..My RD is FEb 6th but notice date is around 20th April?

I think its 90 days after RD, not ND.
