Hi all,

Just now saw the online message & email in uscis site. EAD card has been ordered it seems...

Notice Date for EAD : April 16 2004

Though my husband applied on the same date for EAD, his message has not changed.

Congratulations on yr EAD approval.

My EAD expires 9/21/04, still not yet submit renewal, where should I submit to?

My case was transferred to MSC and transferred back to NY. Should I send the I-765 directly to VSC or MSC or NY?

If NY, can I go to Federal Plaza directly to submit the renewal of EAD?

Please advise how to fill line 14 (Manner of last entry) and line 15 (current immigration status)?
