EAD Approved

Hi my 2nd EAD was approved from VSC on April 8, 2004. ND 1/6/04. My husband also filed his I-765 with my as a derivative applicant and is still pending...does anyone have any idea why they would approve mine and his is still pending.

The same happened for us.
My wife's EAD was aproved in late December. In my case, there was no update for two more weeks, then they requesed new photos. I sent the photos the next day I got the letter. More than two months later, my EAD is still pending.

Hope, your husband gets a better deal.

Did you try getting an interim EAD, because my husband will lose his job if he doesnt get an EAD by May 5th. When did it get approved or is it still pending?
