EAD approved (renewal), no card received.

VSC message says EAD renewal has been approved and card has been ordered. Card not yet received after 3 weeks. Current EAD is expiring in a week.
Do I still need to go to the local INS office for an interim EAD or does the approval message mean I can keep working? Thanks.

Can you tell me exactly how many months in advance you have applied for the renewal of your EAD?

Can you please post your RD and ND for your EAD. I am in the same boat but my EAD had already expired and out of Job. My RD and ND for EAD Aug 17\'00 and Sep 4 00.
