How do you open an inquiry

I have been waiting for my renewed EAD cards, applied on 01/14/2004. Please send me the URL where we can open an inquiry.

I do not think there is a facility to open inquiry online. I called CIS by phone. You can call the Customer Service number on receipt notice and open inquiry.
